    Maintenance

can anybody suggest a good book that has step by step instructions, possibly with pictures, for wheel building especially but also for building and maintaining the rest of the bike?  I am good at adjsting my derailures, trueing rims, and the basics but I need to learn about the more technical bits.

Thanks man, this site is great.  I don't know why I didn't think to look him up when I've heard so much about his legendary wrenching and bike building skills.
